Job Summary:
The Head of Partnerships and Affiliates will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives growth and expands our reach. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in building and managing partnerships and affiliate programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic partnership and affiliate program that aligns with business goals and drives growth.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, affiliates, and influencers in the content marketing and digital marketing space.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create co-marketing campaigns and joint promotions with partners.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership and affiliate programs, using data to optimize strategies and drive decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on partnership and affiliate program performance, market trends, and potential opportunities.
- Develop and manage the partnerships and affiliates budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or affiliate marketing, preferably within the SaaS or content marketing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnership and affiliate programs that drive growth.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, digital marketing channels, and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
