Six months of training, orientation and fun
We believe in setting our employees up for success. That’s why your first six months are referred to as your “blue-badge” period – a time where you are encouraged to ask questions, ask for help when needed, and familiarize yourself with the company culture. Even when your blue badge period ends, you can rest assured that the Trilogy team will always have your back.
This role is responsible for the oversight of Trilogy’s regulatory training initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that both new hires and current employees meet all regulatory and mandatory training requirements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs, develop effective communication plans, manage compliance training schedules, track completion rates, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
• Partners with stakeholders, including regulatory compliance officers, department leaders, and regulatory experts to determine training requirements for new-hire and ongoing annual training.
• Designs and develops comprehensive training programs and materials that address regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Builds and executes communication plans to inform staff and leaders about upcoming training sessions, regulatory updates, and compliance expectations.
• Creates and manages training assignment calendars to ensure timely and organized delivery of training programs.
• Monitors and tracks training completion rates and effectiveness through various tracking systems and tools.
• Generates regular reports on training progress, completion rates, and compliance status for review by leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Analyzes regulatory changes and trends to ensure training programs remain up-to-date and relevant.
• Ensures all training programs comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Reviews and updates training materials and processes to maintain high standards of compliance and address any gaps.
• Works closely with Operations, and Compliance teams to align training programs with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Acts as a liaison for regulatory training-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to staff and leadership.
• Monitors the effectiveness of training programs and seek feedback from participants to drive continuous improvement.
• Adapts training strategies and materials based on emerging needs and changes in regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 5-8 years
Certification in Regulatory Compliance or Training & Development (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)) preferred
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
