Our team is expanding and we are excited to bring on an Asset Management Lead. We’re looking for someone who has experience and is well-versed in IT asset management, is passionate about optimizing processes and ensuring seamless operations, and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with the Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics to track and manage departmental KPIs and SLAs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement of performance metrics
  • Be the primary escalation point to triage, investigate and resolve operational escalations
  • Foster effective communication between team members and stakeholders
  • Partner with Asset Management Specialists on task prioritization, ensuring team deadlines are met
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed
  • Coordinate with 3PL providers for smooth daily operations
  • Continually assess existing processes and proactively make recommendations to management for process improvement, especially in areas where ownership is ambiguous
  • Partner with the Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the liaison to resolve issues when needed
  • Lead and manage internal projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder sign-off
  • Proactively seek opportunities to coach (where applicable) and share knowledge with team members
  • Prepare and maintain documentation in order to support cross-functional enablement
  • Generate flowcharts and visual aids in order to support cross-functional enablement
  • Ensure timely resolution of action requests and ticket prioritization
  • Provide recommendations to optimize the team’s ticketing system and enable team members on best practices for effective queue management


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in IT asset management or supply chain roles
  • Strong potential for leadership and team management responsibilities 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement SOPs 
  • Passionate about process improvement
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Proficiency in project management and time management
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using ticketing systems and other relevant software tools
