WORK ENVIRONMENT

Our office is in Vancouver, WA, close to I-205, with a general work schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Requirements:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and train a high-performing sales team to achieve company goals.
  • Business Development: Drive new business development initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Process Participation: Actively participate in the sales process to ensure goal achievement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive market/trend analysis to inform strategies and contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting.
  • Document Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and prompt submission of sales documents and contracts.
  • Event Planning: Organize sales events for brokers and customers to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and vendor sessions.
  • Sales Presentations: Continuously enhance sales presentations to achieve high performance standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business/sales field or associate's degree with equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of sales and customer service experience, including leadership in real estate teams and/or new home sales.
  • WA, OR, and/or ID Real Estate License required.
  • NSS preferred, not required.
  • Highly motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Effective at organization, multitasking, and time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Skilled negotiator with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Effectively utilize CRM tools and train team members on CRM usage for thorough lead follow-up.
  • Effective presenter, comfortable with public speaking.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to lift to 15 lbs.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel locally throughout the SW Washington and Portland Metro area.
