Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Lead the development of a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to onboard creators, musical artists, and brands onto our MVOD platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Sales Infrastructure Establishment: Build and manage a scalable sales infrastructure, including the implementation of a CRM system, sales funnel optimization, and effective sales processes to streamline lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, cultivating strong relationships with creators, musicians, and brands to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our MVOD platform.
  • Revenue Optimization: Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, upselling opportunities, and the development of value-added services, while continuously monitoring key performance indicators to identify areas for revenue optimization and improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product enhancements, marketing campaigns, and financial goals.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making and sales tactics.
