Currently, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to develop and lead their human resources department. This candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic management of their workforce. The Senior HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensure alignment with business objectives, and foster a positive and productive work environment. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in HR practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the HR team, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and create HR policies, handbook, and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to minimize risks.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Provide guidance to managers in addressing performance-related matters.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment. Address conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Identify training needs, design training programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain effective communication with labor unions. Ability to negotiate, implement, and maintain collective bargaining agreements, as well as resolve disputes, grievances, and complaints. Advise management on labor laws, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and fairness.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team to design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent that matches the company’s needs. Develop strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a diverse workforce and an inclusive work culture.
  • Utilize HR data and metrics to derive insights and inform decision-making. Provide regular reports to leadership on HR key performance indicators.
  • Lead HR-related change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 4 - 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve goals.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, align HR practices with business objectives, and drive organizational transformation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and leadership.
  • Adept at analyzing complex situations, identifying issues, and developing effective solutions.
  • Experience in managing change and guiding employees through transitions.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using HR software, tools, and systems for data analysis, reporting, and talent management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive employee matters.
