Auto Property Claims Adjuster

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with policy holders to determine liability and document the details of the claim.
- Evaluate complex property damage and analyze policy coverages.
- Negotiate with other parties to determine a resolution to the claim.
- Prepare reports and documentation in accordance with department standards.
- Stay informed of regulatory changes and industry trends.
- Make recommendations to improve the claims process.
- 3+ Years of experience in auto claims and complex property damage.
- Excellent interviewing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Must understand Comparative Negligence and how to assign fault.
- Ability to accurately interpret policy coverage and apply appropriate standards of negligence.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
