Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Knowledge of accounts payable and receivables
  • Implement and manage office policies and procedures
  • Ensure clerical duties are assigned and monitored
  • Manage pricing and negotiation with vendors
  • Inventory management

Qualities needed:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Self Motivated and strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
