Overview


We seek a results-driven Industrial Duct Systems Sales Executive to spearhead sales efforts in the Phoenix, AZ market. This position requires expertise in industrial duct systems, a proven ability to achieve aggressive sales targets, and the skills to cultivate enduring client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a history of sales success.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, primarily focusing on industrial duct systems.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to offer innovative client solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs and maximize value.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial duct systems sales or a closely related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of duct systems, fabrication processes, and industry applications.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present value-driven solutions.
  • Stable and local work history, with a demonstrated understanding of the Phoenix, AZ market and its client base.
