What you’ll do

  1. You’ll own insights, segmentation, product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  2. Taking insights from customer and market research and applying them to influence product choices and existing marketing & sales motions.
  3. Working with product, engineering and sales to build the right go-to-market for different segments of customers for new products being launched.
  4. Create clear, compelling messaging that translates complex AI technologies for diverse audiences, including technical experts and business leaders.
  5. Execute digital marketing, SEO, content creation, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising strategies to engage our target market.
  6. Produce high-impact materials such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and presentations to establish Lakera as a leader in secure AI innovation.
  7. Analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and continuously refine strategies for improved ROI.
  8. Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution and scalability.
  9. Maintain brand consistency across all channels and drive community engagement through events, partnerships, and collaborations.
  10. Attend and speak at industry conferences, webinars, and events to boost Lakera’s visibility and thought leadership.

What you’ll bring

  1. You bring 10+ years of experience working in the technology or AI industry.
  2. Expertise in multi-channel marketing, including digital content, SEO, social media, and product marketing.
  3. A proactive mindset, constantly identifying new opportunities for brand growth and customer engagement.
  4. A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to measure campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies based on data insights.
  5. Proven ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with sales, product, and engineering teams, ensuring marketing initiatives align with product launches and business objectives.
  6. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential.

Location: San Francisco.

Logistics: Hybrid with 2-3 days/week in the office. We’re excited about candidates who want to contribute to our in-office culture.

Compensation and Benefits: Our total compensation package is a blend of salary, equity, and benefits. We are committed to paying fairly and aim for these three elements collectively to be highly competitive with market rates. Equity - On top of this position's compensation, equity will be a major component of the total compensation. We aim to offer higher-than-average equity compensation for a company of our size and communicate equity amounts at the time of offer issuance.
