Provides personal and administrative support to the CEO, assists in all showroom matters, and packs and ships orders.


Key Responsibilities:

· Provides personal and administrative support to the CEO

· Manages calendar and schedules both internal and external meetings

· Manages front showroom - making sure it's set up and styled correctly at all times

· Supports all team members with general needs

· Assists in the planning of events, photoshoots, and other special projects

· Assists with packing for trunk shows and pop-up shop locations

· Purchases and tracks office supplies

· Assists with our retail store as needed

Packs and ships e-comm orders and provides customer service related to shipping, and assists the team with shipping wholesale orders


Requirements:

Full Time with flexible hours and availability on weekends as needed
