Job Title: Nurse Care Coordinator - Med Surg Unit in Miami, FL

About the Role:
University of Miami is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg Level II team as a Nurse Care Coordinator. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and a strong understanding of patient care methods and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
* Evaluate and report diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
* Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments, considering age and cultural factors during care delivery.
* Maintain accurate records related to medications and treatments, adhering to regulatory guidelines and hospital policies.

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
