Job Description:

The Senior Showroom Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars and scheduling meetings, and overseeing the setup and styling of our showroom. This individual will also assist with packing and shipping orders, purchase office supplies, and support retail store needs as required.

In addition, the Senior Showroom Coordinator will assist with planning events, photoshoots, and other special projects, pack and ship e-commerce orders, and provide customer service related to shipping. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Requirements:

This role requires at least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
