About the Role - As an HR Assistant for Faith Home Health & Hospice, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Scan, upload, and update employee records online in HR system.
- Track employee compliance items in the HR system and follow up with employees.
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and employees, ensuring effective communication, and resolution of requests and questions.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR department.
- Assist with recruiting, compiling, and collating new hire orientation packets.
- Assist with HR related events e.g. benefits enrollment, employee appreciation and recognition, meetings, etc.
- Audit HR reports and invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with other duties as needed or assigned.
Responsibilities - HR Assistant Qualifications:
- Have a high school diploma or associates degree in HR or related field (e.g. business administration)
- Have a minimum of 1 year of office experience, healthcare preferred
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Able to operate most standard office equipment
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
