N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Management Analyst to support our customer the National Institute of Health (NIH) Office of Director and Office of Communications and Public Liaison providing support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review and redact agency records determined to be responsive to requests.
- Coordinate the day-to-day office operation, including, but not limited to problem and conflict resolution, organization and prioritization of tasks; respond to written communications.
- Design and coordinate systems for communications among staff to facilitate the efficient flow of information relating to projects and program activities.
- Summarize the content of incoming materials, specially gathered information, or meetings to assist executive; coordinate the new information with background office sources; draw attention to important parts or conflicts.
- Ensure that requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff; decide whether executive level should be notified of important or emergency supervisory issues.
- Gather and analyze information about processes and programs; prepare reports, letters, and other documents for review and input for programs, policies, and activities.
- Enter requested data in tracking system.
- Create Excel spreadsheets to help track data and create reports.
- Set up and format spreadsheets to analyze information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree related discipline or two years of specialized experience plus a Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- U.S Citizenship.
