The role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive person to spread the word about our exceptional services This role is a full-time position offering a base salary and commission. You will provide sales leadership and promote the brand and business, reporting to the general manager. Your focus will be creating and maintaining strategic relationships that will drive the growth of our business and build a growing reputation. You will drive marketing/branding efforts, present our value to local businesses such as insurance agencies, plumbers, real estate offices and property managers, and build rapport over time with points of contact. The role will afford you opportunities for advancement as the company grows and according to your qualifications. Help us make “All Dry” a household name, and the number one service people think to call when disaster strikes

 

Basic Qualifications, Education:

· Required:

o High School diploma or equivalent

o 1+ year prior work experience

o Valid driver’s license

o Satisfactory driving record/background check

o Experienced with computer tech, e.g. computers, smart phones, tablets, social media, Microsoft Office/other software

o Excellent attitude

 

· A plus:

o Business/marketing degree

o Prior marketing/sales/customer service/restoration field experience

o Experience with business software technologies

o Excellent organizational, time-management, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills

· Strong plus:

o 1-3 years direct relatable experience

o Experience developing a marketing territory, generate prospective job leads, with a positive performance record

o Leadership, prior supervisory, and multilingual skills

 

Job Requirements:

 

· Able/willing to:

o ravel locally

o be versatile, with some days requiring standing the majority of the day and others requiring sitting the majority of the day

o plan and execute a sales and marketing strategy in the field with limited supervision

o focus on the process and activity over results in early months

Core Responsibilities:

 

Conduct daily sales and marketing rounds to potential lead sources.

· Manage the calendar, coordinate daily routes and review with management

· Set up appointments and manage route via software provided

· Make phone calls to schedule qualified appointments

· Cold call/drop by businesses to establish relationships and promote All Dry brand recognition

 

Communicate/develop relations with lead sources and support dispatching.

· Interact with and help potential customers and lead sources by phone

· Establish relationships and rapport while building value in the brand

· Lead calls and meetings

· Report leads to dispatch or book call

 

Increase territory revenue attributable to sales marketing activities.

· Consistently achieve sales and marketing goals

 

Report marketing activities and results.

· Log visits

· Report distribution of marketing items

· Complete commission report

· Manage and maintain a clean CRM

· Performance reviews with management
