Responsibilities:

  • Lead workstreams for Federal, State, and Local permitting of large infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance and successful approvals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including joint venture partners and consultants, to organize and assemble permit applications and regulatory submissions.
  • Engaged with key stakeholders and regulatory agencies to facilitate the permitting process and address any related inquiries.
  • Provided strategic insights and feedback to engineering and project teams, mitigating risks and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewed reports and assessments for accuracy and completeness, with a focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental considerations.


Qualifications Wish List:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Ten+ years of job-related experience.
  • Demonstrated Experience in Federal, State (NY/NJ) and/or Local Permitting Processes
