What You’ll Do

As an Instructional Designer, you will:

  • Develop Engaging Training Programs: Design and implement training solutions tailored to operational teams, including property managers, maintenance professionals, and administrative staff, while maintaining alignment with brand standards.
  • Enhance Current Training Materials: Evaluate and refine existing materials to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with industry trends.
  • Apply Instructional Design Principles: Leverage e-learning authoring tools, create instructor-led content, develop job aids, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Partner with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy, applicability, and value of training programs.
  • Use Data to Drive Improvements: Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis, continuously optimizing for better engagement and outcomes.
  • Incorporate Technology: Utilize advanced learning management systems (LMS) and the latest educational technologies to enhance delivery and tracking.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry best practices and integrate innovative techniques into your design approach.
  • Balance Multiple Projects: Manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.


Who You Are

To excel in this role, you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (or are currently completing one).
  • 1-2 years of experience in designing web-based training solutions, ideally within a SaaS or technical environment.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), graphic design software, and LMS platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to evaluate training outcomes and refine approaches.
  • Project management expertise, with a proven ability to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset that fosters partnerships and drives success.
