A day in the life:

  • Create unique and robust search strategies to identify top talent within the Professional Services/Front Office industry.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to offer/negotiation.
  • Build talent networks by developing prospects into qualified candidates through continued engagement and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with clients to fully understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance based on job market.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and use all resources to find the best fit for candidates and open roles.
  • Conduct continued research to stay abreast of industry trends and become a subject matter expert for clients and candidates.

About you:

  • 0 to 2 years recruiting experience
  • Personable and enthusiastic with an aptitude for building relationships
  • Strategic thinker, ability to execute and produce results against tight deadline
  • Strong motivation for personal growth and success
  • Ambitious with a record of determination, effort, and achievement
  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Tandym. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other Tandym employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Tandym to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
