Associate Attorney Opportunity

Location:

  • Remote - San Francisco (within driving distance)

Salary Range:

  • $235,000 to $265,000 annually (dependent on experience, education, and other factors)

Job Description:

  • An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated and experienced attorney to join our Corporate Group on a partnership track. We are seeking an associate attorney with at least three years of solid experience in corporate transactional, M&A, and securities law.

Our Corporate Group has a dynamic practice that includes:

  • Substantial mergers and acquisitions practice
  • Advising emerging growth companies
  • Forming private investment funds
  • Securities law counseling
  • Intellectual property transactional matters
  • Corporate governance
  • General corporate and commercial counseling

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in corporate transactional work, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and securities law
  • A vibrant and dynamic personality that fits our esteemed firm's culture
  • Willingness to work remotely but within driving distance of San Francisco
