Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Admin to support their accounts receivable department. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including managing incoming communications, generating reports, and providing general administrative support to the team. This is an onsite position in Hillsboro. This company is a leader in their field and was awarded a Top Workplace in 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage general email inbox, routing inquiries as needed.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members.
- Interact with satellite business locations via phone and email to address their needs.
- Run daily and weekly reports to support the accounting team's analysis and decision-making.
- Provide general office support, such as filing, photocopying, and mail sorting.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in an office administration role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Salary: $23-25 an hour
Location: Hillsboro, OR - onsite
