Key Focus Areas:

  • Identify and implement process equipment improvements utilizing reliability-based maintenance philosophy.
  • Lead the design and development of electrical projects and initiatives within the plant.
  • Develop detailed shutdown work plans for electrical equipment upgrades.
  • Ensures engineering drawings, maintenance procedures and technical information are kept up to date.
  • Provide direction to maintenance associates and contract labor.
  • Supports the optimization of electrical spares holding levels, develop efficient supply contracts and minimize stock holding costs.
  • Develop & organize training programs for maintenance associates that apply to operations, maintenance and safety.
  • Subject matter expert for electrical safety across the plant.
  • Contributes to root cause analysis on equipment failures and takes appropriate measures to prevent failures from reoccurring.
  • Assist other maintenance activities across BCP as required.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
  • 1+ years of experience in an electrical engineering role
  • 1+ years of industrial maintenance engineer experience
