Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role and is not an entry level position. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing both remote and onsite support at client locations and assisting with new installs. Some regional travel is required. This role is primarily located in Sarasota, FL, but offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Level 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Helpdesk experience required
- Experience with structured cabling a plus but not required
- VOIP and access control experience a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in IT support or related field required
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are beneficial.
- Experience managing a team is a plus
