Electrocardiogram Technician

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a skilled Electrocardiogram Technician to join our team. As an ECG Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care by performing electrocardiogram procedures and promoting a positive patient experience.

• Perform ECG Procedures: Conduct electrocardiogram procedures on patients, ensuring accurate and timely results.
• Clerical Duties: Maintain accurate records, complete necessary paperwork, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met and exceeded.

• Education: Associate's degree in cardiovascular technology or related field preferred.
• Experience: Six months to one year of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on electrocardiogram procedures.
• Certifications: CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Electrocardiogram Technician will work in a clinical setting, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and risk of radiation. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
