Sales Representative – Richardson, TX
Salary: $23.53 per hour / $47,412 annually commensurate to P&C licensed/1-year applicable Sales experience

  • Total average first year earnings can range from $50K to $75K through a combination of base pay, bonus, and a department specific multi-product differential
  • Average increase of salary after the first 6 months of 11% or $5k Annually
  • Potential for Top Performers to earn over $100K 
  • Most new associates average two grade promotions within the first year of employment, averaging a 17% base salary increase

We’re looking for Sales Representatives for our Richardson, TX office who are driven, solution-oriented, and ready to gain expertise in an ever-expanding field. As a Sales Representative, you will build rapport with inbound callers to Insure businesses across the country, with a variety of product options at your disposal. Our Sales Representatives use compassion and persuasion skills to uncover customer needs, guide customers through relevant coverage options while preparing quotes, and convert quotes to policies. You’ll provide outstanding service and salesmanship to show customers the value that comes with being a GEICO policyholder.

Qualifications & Skills: 

-Desire to learn and leverage knowledge to develop your skills 

-Previous Sales Experience is required 
-Strong multi-tasking skills 

-Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing 
-Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment 
-Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred 

Preferred Qualifications:

Active P&C Producer License
