Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to a department or group of professionals.
- Compile and analyze basic information for reports and presentations; prepare charts, graphs, and tables as needed.
- Manage routine correspondence and follow established procedures without requiring management review.
- Exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills for routine assignments.
- Handle typing of reports, correspondence, and other documents, answer phones, and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate and support technical and functional tasks, offering recommendations for complex problems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of senior-level administrative experience.
- Advanced technical and functional support capabilities, with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to apply extensive knowledge and experience to a wide range of situations.
- Proven track record in managing routine assignments with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in typing, scheduling, and general office software applications.
