Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Regulatory Control is responsible for establishing and maintaining control frameworks designed to manage regulatory, monitoring, surveillance, employee compliance, transaction monitoring and client screening.
  • Note:Candidates do not need to be Jacksonville based .


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key Skills: Regulatory Reporting ,Risk Management ,Compliance
  • Implementing the global or regional strategy to establish and maintain the control frameworks designed to manage regulatory, monitoring, surveillance, employee compliance, transaction monitoring and client screening .
  • Ensuring operational discipline combined with regulatory risk awareness & investigative skills and warrants that workflows are governed by established policies, clearly defined processes, and escalation points .
  • Controls, Testing & Assurance (CT&A), which tests effectiveness of Key Controls and Risk Management Frameworks related to Compliance and Financial Crime Risk Types .
  • Providing Quality Assurance (QA)/Monitoring for certain financial crime risk related processes .
