Must Haves:
- 5+ years as an HR Generalist that is strong in recruitment, benefits, leave administration, worker’s compensation, HRIS system management, answering a high volume of questions from employees, payroll, etc.
- Recruitment experience is key.
- Knowledge of benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong a building relationships with many different levels and backgrounds (warehouse workers, program coordinators, other directors, analytics, communications, etc.)
- Warm and passionate about HR and likes to help people. You are interacting with employees constantly.
