Enterprise Account Executive
$100-125k base double OTE
Office based in Charlotte, 2 days a week
We have partnered with an employee communication / HR technology platform that has grown to double-digit millions in ARR through complete inbound business.
They are now focusing on their outbound function to build 50% inbound, 50% outbound sales motion and are now hiring an Enterprise Account Executive.
The role:
Managing six-figure deals
Lots of in-person meetings, traveling across the US
Managing 5-10 large accounts to expand
Expanding new accounts in 1 year
Using creative ways to generate more pipeline
50% inbound, 50% outbound prospecting
The experience:
4 years minimum closing $75-100k deals
MEDDICC / MEDDPICC trained
Appetite to work in a growing scale-up
The important bits:
$100-125k base double OTE
Office based in Charlotte, 2 days a week
Encouraged to spend most of your working week at client meetings across the US
