RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recording pertinent information pertaining to the client’s health * Assisting or performing personal care, hair care, grooming, and bath daily. * Assisting with dressing and incontinence care. * assisting in light housekeeping and occasionally assisting at the store. * Assist a female client.
