About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home care services under the direction of a Registered Nurse, including personal care activities, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
  • Assist patients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the RN.
  • Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly.
  • Assist with medication administration and reminders.
  • Perform general housekeeping and laundry duties.
Requirements
  • Current Homemaker - HHA Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License from a USA state.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
