- Develop and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues.
- Identify training and development needs and implement programs to address them.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employee benefits.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.

- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the development of leadership training programs for managers.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
- Develop and manage the HR department’s budget.
- Monitor and control HR expenditures to stay within budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
