### Key Responsibilities
- **Project Management**: Oversee multiple projects from routing and siting through to construction compliance, ensuring all phases adhere to environmental regulations.
- **Resource Coordination**: Direct teams on environmental studies and manage permit applications, specifically FERC Section 7(C) and Third-party EIS documents.
- **Agency Collaboration**: Work in conjunction with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.
- **Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration**: Engage with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts to achieve project goals.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as a point of contact to communicate with the public and stakeholders at relevant hearings and meetings.
- **Project Oversight**: Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and forecasting to ensure successful project delivery.
- **Business Development**: Participate in business development activities and attend industry conferences to network and grow professional ties.
- **Field Reviews and Compliance**: Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to ensure adherence to environmental standards.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting specifically related to pipeline projects.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Strong expertise in FERC regulations and federal environmental regulations.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Organizational Skills**: A self-starter who possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional certifications in related fields (optional).
- Experience using Microsoft Project and Teams for video meetings.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics for reporting and tracking.
- Participation in weekly team meetings, monthly department meetings, and quarterly division meetings.

- You will manage 4-7 small to mid-sized projects (ranging from $25k to $100k) as well as 2-3 large projects (over $500k).
