- Responsibilities include leading care coordination, advocating for patients, managing benefit investigations, and maintaining accurate records.
- They provide education on insurance and therapy options, assist with copay and reimbursement programs, and contribute to process improvements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in case management, patient care or related fields.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Social Work, or Nursing preferred.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
