The Inside Sales Representative’s primary role is to support the Sales Department through direct interaction with customers by handling incoming calls, responding to email and website quotation requests as well as entering quotations and orders into the system. Customer Service duties include responding to customer order status requests and answering easy technical questions with the assistance of the engineering department. Additionally, responsible for entering new parts and correcting issues on the website as needed.


Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer Requests for Quote

Interact with customers to provide updates on Sales Order Status

Assist in Website Content updates, additions and changes

Participate in additional projects/activities to support ongoing business needs

Answer incoming calls, provide information, transfer calls and/or take messages as necessary

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. person.
