The Field Sales Representative will primarily work in the field seeking opportunities to grow customers and market share of mobile fueling services. This is a hunter role the ideal candidate will articulate an understanding of the mobile fueling industry and EzFills services. The Field Sales Representative will make cold calls to visit businesses to communicate the value proposition of EzFills services.

Job Duties:
The responsibilities of the Field Sales Representative include but are not limited to the following:
  • Meet and exceed goals related to total gallons delivered, new accounts onboarded, and strategic pricing.
  • Comfortably make cold calls and visit multiple customers per day in the field.
  • Provide timely follow-up to all sales leads and customer queries.
  • Identify potential B2B and B2C customers through various means including leads, directories, in-person visits, etc.
  • Negotiate price, credit, and other service agreement terms and conditions.
  • Articulate knowledge of mobile fueling and communicate the value proposition of services to potential customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to efficiently onboard new customers.
  • Provide post-sales follow-up and maintain relationships for future service offerings.
  • Produces accurate and professional documents when requested, including contracts and pipeline reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, inside sales, or retail sales.
  • Experience with B2B customers.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Comfortable with cold calls.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.
  • Superior customer service and follow-up skills.
Compensation/Benefits
  • Salary base plus quarterly commissions based on gallons sold.

  • Periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to stand and present in front of others.
