THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Perform data entry and accurately update customer information in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding our products, services, and processes.
- Follow company policies and procedures in delivering excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
