THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Perform data entry and accurately update customer information in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding our products, services, and processes.
  • Follow company policies and procedures in delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
