Job DescriptionThis is an onsite JOB. We need someone to be in our Harrison NJ office 5 days a week.
What You’ll Do…
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team while overseeing day-to-day recruiting operations and individual req load. Report on key team recruiting metrics to executive management.
- Actively pursue new clients, maintain existing clients, and build client relations.
- Conduct meetings with client IT hiring managers to understand current openings and prioritize key requirements
- Proactively source, network, screen, and qualify candidates to present to hiring managers while ensuring a diverse candidate pool
- Analyze market data to make recommendations to hiring managers on the most effective recruiting strategies
- Manage and promote the DEREX brand through internal and external job sites, social media, and professional associations
- Schedule and conduct comprehensive interviews to achieve hiring goals
- Deliver a superior candidate experience by providing excellent communication and timely follow-up regarding their current status within the search
- Update candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system in a timely manner.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring…
- 10+ years’ experience in a full life cycle recruiter/lead role, focused on hiring IT professionals
- Proven ability and desire to effectively lead and inspire a team while overseeing day-to-day recruiting operations and individual req load
- Passion and proven track record for developing strong and diverse candidate pipelines by using a multi-pronged approach to IT sourcing
- Experience leveraging technology to manage workflow, improve processes, and the ability to use data/metrics to diagnose and improve team performance
- Advanced experience with social media and recruiting sourcing tools
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously and with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of different people at all levels within the organization
- Self-starter who approaches challenges with emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking software systems and analytics tools
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
