We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Specialist.

The Key Account Specialist plays a vital role in sales support for TAKKT FoodServices.

The primary focus of this position is to plan and execute daily tasks and functions to manage customer experience activities within a multi-channel contact center environment while achieving defined standards of excellence.

This role supports sellers and specific corporate level customers, requiring advanced communication skills, an executive phone presence, and excellent prioritization skills.

What you will do:
  • Engage with customers to provide resolution to requests and problems, fostering a strong partnership
  • Document activities performed to support customer service issues and resolutions in the appropriate platform
  • Maintain a proactive approach to address customer challenges and collaborate with internal/external resources as needed
  • Acquire and maintain continuous product knowledge and training independently
  • Understand the support process and procedures and share new learnings with the team

What we need:
  • 3 years of experience in a multi-channel contact center or sales environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with Salesforce, Trello, and Power BI knowledge considered a plus
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage a multitask environment effectively
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to achieve defined key performance measures (KPI)
