We're a thriving locally family owned and operated swimming pool and spa company with 2 brands/locations in Peabody and Middleton Massachusetts specializing in swimming pools and hot tubs. We have a strong and growing hot tub sales department, and we're excited to expand our team by adding more dedicated Hot Tub Salespeople.
The Role:
As our Hot Tub Sales Sales Specialist, you'll be a key player in our team, helping customers find their perfect spa from our extensive range. With an average sale of $14,500, and products up to $45,000 your potential to earn is significant. Our current sales specialist averages 50-60 spa sales annually, and we're looking for someone who can match or exceed this performance.
We provide warm leads from our various marketing activities and from our vendors, plus plenty of walk-in shoppers. We will provide extensive product knowledge training onsite and offsite. You must be willing and able to travel to 1 to 2 overnight offsite sales trainings per year. You should also be excited to learn a new product and industry by being a self starter and eager to seek out as much knowledge as possible.
Part of this role involves following up with leads via phone, text, and email. So must be comfortable will calling out to warm leads that have requested information.
For this particular role we are looking for someone to work the showroom on Saturdays and Sundays as well as 2 to 3 days during the week, it is a 40 hour position.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Follow up with new and old leads in the companies CRM system
- Help walk-in showroom customers find the perfect hot tub
- Make sure the showroom is neat and clean and always ready for showtime
- Help existing retail customers shopping for chemicals and supplies, and perform water testing
- Maintain key sales metrics like closing rate, average ticket, and lead follow up touches.
