Merchandising Specialist

Frank Beverage Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for providing in-store support and merchandising for off-premise customer accounts.

• Provide in-store support for off-premise accounts, including stocking shelves, building displays, and installing point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Inventorize and reorganize back stocks, refill cold boxes, shelves, displays, and dust products as needed.
• Follow quality assurance standards, monitor product codes, and maintain ongoing product rotation on all date-sensitive products.
• Provide retail customers with directions to wine, spirit, and beer products with assistance from store personnel.
• Identify and resolve routine problems at the time of occurrence and communicate with appropriate parties, escalating to Lead Merchandiser or Manager when necessary.
• Work with the sales team to execute monthly display priorities in the retail channel.
• Maintain an inventory of current POS and coupons in the vehicle and apply rebates and coupons to packages and displays.
• Assist in display reset projects as needed.
• Build displays and place, maintain, and update in-store POS that meets company and supplier guidelines.
• Communicate with and take direction from account personnel, management, delivery team, and sales representatives on a regular basis.
• Deliver hot shot orders to customer premises.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with off-premise accounts, proactively establishing contact and respectfully interacting with customers.
• Attend product and business training sessions and sales meetings as needed.
• Understand and complete all necessary training provided by the company as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience in related fields (distribution, hospitality, supplier, or beverage industry) preferred.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of company supplier portfolio and product lines, such as brands carried and packaging sizes.
• May need to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
• Required to be at least 18 years of age.
