Medical Device Sales Specialist

Imbed Biosciences is a leader in the development of advanced therapies for the treatment of burns, chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and soft-tissue repair.
Our flagship product, Microlyte Matrix, is the world's first and only fully synthetic, antimicrobial wound matrix.
Common indications include diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, and surgical wounds.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Provide Product Information: Provide detailed information on product specifications, benefits, and usage.
- Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
- Visit Clients: Regularly visit existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Provide Post-Sale Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up to date with the latest medical device products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Train and Educate: Train and educate healthcare professionals on the proper use and benefits of medical devices.
- Analyze Competitors: Analyze competitors' products and strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Maintain Integrity: Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing)
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales role
- Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical devices
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven Ability: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Self-Motivated: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM Software: Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to Adapt: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and market changes
- Dependability: Demonstrated dependability and consistency in meeting sales goals and deadlines
- Resilience: Resilient and persistent in pursuing sales opportunities and overcoming challenges
