Summary: 

 Kuros Biosciences Inc. is looking for a Commission Staff Accountant who can accurately code and manage our sales commission processes to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of commission-related agreements. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling forms, verifying compliance with company standards, and efficiently calculating commissions using Excel and ERP system. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Generate and analyze commission reports to support decision-making and strategic planning. 
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, adhering to contracts and company policies. 
  • Review and verify contracts to monitor and analyze all aspects of commission-based compensation 
  • Prepare and communicate commission statement results and recommend modifications in alignment with company goals and objectives 
  • Accurately calculate commissions, code and input data into Excel spreadsheets for commission calculations. 
  • Explain commission calculations and answer questions related to payouts, including timing, form of payout, commission percentages, etc. 
  • Maintain organized records of all processed forms and commission calculations. 
  • Communicate effectively with plan participants which includes internal and external sales team addressing their questions. 
  • Perform analyses of commission disputes, identifies, research, and reconcile any discrepancies. 
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit requirements. 
  • Performs accurate and detailed audit of commission statements in accordance with industry standards and company policies. 

  

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
  • 2 or more years experience in commission accounting, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Understanding of commission structures and calculations 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
