Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Specialist to join our national commissioning team in our Atlanta office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in commissioning and sustainable consulting to drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and/or support multiple commissioning/retro-commissioning projects
  • Perform and assist with energy audits
  • Perform design reviews
  • Lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and envelope systems commissioning
Requirements
  • BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering related degree
  • 5-10 years facilities design or building commissioning experience
  • LEED Green Associate or Accredited Professional, preferred
  • PE License, preferred
  • Experience with monitoring-based commissioning software (i.e. CopperTree, SkyFoundry)
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Strong skill-set with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually
