GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Recruitment Coordinator position is to coordinate with our client care coordinators with the
vetting/ screening of caregiver applicants. This position helps organize and document the
certifications, qualifications, experience, and any other relevant information related to the skills and
abilities of a caregiver. This position requires the implementation and coordination of all paperwork to
complete the onboarding process for all potential candidates. Additionally, this position requires
excellent phone skills and the ability to problem solve and work with others to fill in open
cases. This position implements policy, maintains computer files, necessary documentation, and
completes reports. The Recruitment Coordinator requires specialized knowledge, supervision
capabilities, and a flexible, creative approach to the timely meeting of scheduling needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school or equivalent diploma, computer skills, three (3) years of relevant experience,
preferably in office or admin environments.
Must have the ability to direct the work of others, exceptional communication skills and
telephone manner, a teamwork attitude, decision-making skills, and ability to function in a
stressful environment with multiple simultaneous demands.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
Supervise the workflow of the recruitment department to assure that recruiting, interviewing,
screening, documenting and testing of all direct care employees are done on-time and in an
efficient manner. 
Make and receive phone calls necessary for the arrangement and confirmation of direct care
employee candidate interviews and orientation. This requires a polite, courteous phone
manner, active listening, clear speaking voice, and a friendly, helpful attitude. 
REQUIREMENT: Minimum of 16 scheduled interviews per week

Complete paperwork and monitor departmental documentation including Intake Interviews
and Job Orders, scheduling records, and tracking forms to facilitate their prompt processing
or timely filing.
Advise management in appropriate resolution of caregiver relation issues.
Provides pertinent documentation to the Client Service coordinator and other management
personnel.
Maintain computer files, which require an understanding of the Agency's software applications,
and accuracy.
Analyzes department workflow and duties to recommend improvements.
OTHER DUTIES:
Adherence to Agency policies and procedures.
Be punctual and maintain an excellent attendance record.
Attend Agency meetings and training.
Understands the various licensing Best Practices requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Pass background check
- Have valid driver's license and own transportation
- Have verifiable professional and personal references
- Must be able to work at least 30 hours a week in office
