Position Summary:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills and passion for serving others. This is a chance to be part of a forward-thinking team that values your contributions and supports your professional growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized guidance throughout the sales process.

2. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies with an emphasis on Hybrid & Electric Vehicle education.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships by creating memorable customer experiences.

4. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets, fostering a positive and supportive sales culture.

5. Continuously improve your sales skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Previous sales or retail experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is an asset.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.

3. Passion for automobiles and a desire to stay updated on the latest automotive trends and technologies.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

5. A strong customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
