Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our newly formed Campaign team in creating impactful, results-driven advertising for our 19 brands. This role requires an organized, detail oriented marketer with a proven track record of project managing multiple campaigns, deadlines and deliverables. The manager will be part of the team developing results driven campaigns that connect with customers across various channels, including video, direct mail, collateral, and social media. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in executing a strategic, rolling 6-month campaign calendar aimed at driving both customer engagement and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Project manager the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Execute templated campaigns versioned for each individual brand.
- Become an expert in our individual brands creating a range of campaigns to support large successful brands, struggling brands and brands a small tight knit market.
- Be the person who ensures incredible accuracy including correct offers, disclaimers, phone numbers, and more.
- Participate in working with agencies and inhouse designers to develop of compelling creative assets and messaging tailored to each channel and customer segment.
- Streamline work flows to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Manage monthly budgets, invoices and expense reporting for the Campaign team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Field Marketing, Operations and Digital to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies and improve ROI.
- Develop campaign calendars and execution plans
- Manage weekly project meeting ensuring deadlines are met.
This position is ideal for a self starter who wants to help build our new Campaign team and drive incredible results for our brands.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years in a Marketing
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects
- Proven experience in driving results
- Prefer but required experience in a multi-brand organization, retail or home services
- Strong experience in direct mail, digital and traditional media a plus.
- Self starter.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Wrike experience is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to solve cross-functional business challenges while maintaining creative excellence.
