PathPoint is excited to welcome a new part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our office in Northridge, CA.

About Us: PathPoint is a non-profit dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and young adults in living the life they choose. Through strengthening workplace abilities, developing essential life skills, and fostering meaningful relationships, we serve communities in Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.

Schedule: This is a part-time position, 25-29 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm. Flexible start time between 8am-10am once trained.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour. The pay range for this position is $16.03-$24.04. (subject to change based on a variety of factors).

How You'll Make a Difference: As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for callers and visitors, handling daily mail, maintaining databases, and managing supplies. You may assist with HR tasks like scheduling interviews and onboarding, as well as support accounting functions such as bank deposits. Your role ensures smooth operations, supporting our mission to empower individuals with disabilities.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service approach.
  • Professional verbal and written communication.
  • Must be comfortable making phone calls and answering incoming calls.
  • Computer savvy with the ability to navigate different computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Culturally aware, acknowledges diverse employee backgrounds, possesses skills to collaborate across cultures, and avoids biased assumptions based on cultural differences.
  • Must hold a valid California driver's license with satisfactory driving record and at least 5 years of driving experience.
