Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at LSA Management. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease apartments and provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
  • Market and promote our community through various channels, including social media and local advertising.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including lease agreements, rent payments, and resident information.
  • Collaborate with the community management team to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts, including responding to resident concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly desired.
