Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and keep clients updated on their vehicle's progress.
  • Manage repair workflows with team leaders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Oversee service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience, ensuring they leave with a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries.
  • Efficiently distribute work among technicians and ensure their time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Maintain a strong Customer Success Index.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts as necessary.
  • Administer warranty claims and supervise service department staff.
  • Uphold company policies and encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive employee relations and maintain a good working relationship with the factory.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive dealership Service Advisor, with domestic experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and a friendly personality.
  • Proven ability to manage others and work with little supervision.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • A consistent record of service and sales success.
  • A team-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
